Description

Job Description:

  • Providing global product management to drive revenue growth, share gain, and margin increase in the Aria FAST, Aria FIT, and IMPRO Product lines.

  • This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the FAST (mobile) and IMPRO product lines life cycle from strategic planning, to product roadmap development, market commercialization, to tactical sustainment activities.
  • Specifying product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers with Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities. Work intimately with R&D, Sales, Operations supply chain and global standards groups to ensure product solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Understanding market dynamics and buyer behaviors in each region to establish product positioning.
  • Developing and executing a Product Roadmap that defines future products, innovation, and technology needs.
  • Developing models that evaluate existing & future products and/or technology from a financial perspective to support strategic decisions.
  • Supporting the development of demand creation strategies, including campaigns promoting the mobile & systems product family.
  • Developing and maintaining clear and compelling digital product assets (brochures, case studies, data sheets, product presentations) and associated web content.
  • Working with global and regional sales and marketing leaders to establish training for sales channels.
  • Tracking commercial performance by region (sales funnel, win rate, win-loss root cause, utilization rate) and recommending actions to improve product performance.
  • 30% travel


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully driving growth in product management and commercialization of technical B2B products.
  • 1 or more years of experience in marketing solutions related to water treatment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Advanced Degree related to Business/Marketing, Engineering, or Chemistry 
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing solutions related to water treatment, including RO and MF/UF technologies

Position Competencies:
  • Experience in marketing solutions related to water treatment, including RO and MF/UF technologies, is preferred.
  • Experience working on complex global projects and developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a consistent commitment to collaboration and the success of team members.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Market and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and support problem solving.
