Every second six blood samples are performed on a Radiometer analyzer somewhere in the world. Our products are used in hospitals in over 130 countries. With our strong quality mindset and the focus on bringing safe and high performing products to our customers we are also aiming to have an excellent Post Market Surveillance (PMS) program.

That is where your experience with project management, IVD/MDD or Life Science Products and QA/RA-related assignments can be put to use in this newly established role in Radiometer.

Lead the continuous efforts of Post Market Surveillance in Radiometer 

You will have the leading role in updating Radiometer’s current Post Market Surveillance program to create more value for customers and patients. You will encompass additions from the new MDR and IVDR regulations coming into place in 2020 and 2022, and drive the implementation of the updated program including setting up a training program for the organization.

As part of implementing the updated PMS program, the Global PMS Project Manager ensures reporting and templates are in place. Once the updated program is up and running, the PMS Project Manager will support the different product and business areas in Radiometer to deliver accordingly on the PMS activities defined in the program.

Join Global Marketing and work with multiple global and cross-functional stakeholders

The overall responsibility of Post Market Surveillance in Radiometer lies in Global Marketing and the PMS Project Manager reports to Senior Director, Global Marketing, Monika Gram Ritter.

The Global PMS Project Manager works closely with the Global Marketing, QA/RA, R&D and Clinical and Medical Affairs team as well as local Radiometer subsidiaries and distributors.

Your responsibilities in short:

• Lead the efforts of updating Radiometer’s Post Market Surveillance program based on the new MDR and IVDR regulation

• Drive the implementation of the PMS program and the training for it

• Ensure sustainable setup of PMS program and support the relevant product and business areas to deliver accordingly e.g. consolidation of input in relevant PMS reporting

Job Requirements


You have a strong drive and you like to take the lead in creating and updating processes. Combining a Scientific educational background with most of the following increases your chances of success in the job:

• Strong project management skills

• Experience with working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders

• 3-5 years of experience within the QA/RA area with IVD, MDD or life science products

• Ideally experience with Product Risk Management

You are fluent in English while any other language skills are a plus. Skills in training others are also an advantage. The job takes you travelling between 15-20 days per year.
