Description

We are looking for our new Global Marketing Manager position leading our IT Solutions Marketing team consisting of two Global Product Managers focused on both up- and downstream marketing for Radiometers point-of-care middleware solution AQURE. 

The importance of Point-of-care IT solutions
Radiometer is a leading provider in acute care diagnostics with headquarters in Copenhagen, Brønshøj, where the position is located. The IT middleware solution that we offer along with our instruments plays a key role in helping customers overlook their point-of-care instruments and drive instrumentation compliance activities.

Point-of-care IT solutions are gaining in importance in hospitals and a key task for the IT Solutions Marketing team is to ensure that Radiometer’s IT product offering for point-of-care stays competitive. Important activities include ensuring the continuous offering of features and functionality of high value to customers and to outlay commercial activities including partnerships with relevant industry players and the establishment of an IT sales excellence program.

Global scope and collaboration
The IT Solutions Marketing team is responsible for commercializing AQURE with local subsidiaries as well as manage new product developments in cooperation with the global IT R&D team. The new Global Marketing Manager is an energetic, innovative, analytical and team oriented person who plays a vital role in driving the commercial initiatives through the team but also takes an active role as player-coach with own project- and product responsibility.  

We expect our new Global Marketing Manager to take pride in being a player-coach both delivering strongly on own tasks as well as through a motivated and engaged team. The right person has an intense focus on delivering strong commercial results and winning with the team and other collaboration partners.

Your responsibilities summed up:
• Lead the team to an effective delivery on commercial and new product development objectives
• Act as a player-coach with focus on high engagement in the team 
• Plan and execute successful product launches/releases 
• Lead continuous business analyses & follow up efforts on existing products
• Deliver market input to strategy discussions and participate in defining and executing the strategy
• Define and lead the development of an IT sales excellence program
• Formulate an IT partnering strategy

The job requires you to travel between 20-25 days per year.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

We expect that you hold a Master’s degree in marketing or international business / MBA or a Master of Science with strong marketing and business competences. Ideally, you have a minimum of 2-3 years’ of management experience.

Furthermore, we expect you to have most of the following:
• 2-3 years’ of management experience in global product marketing within software or strong project manager experience from software marketing
• Experience with up- and downstream software marketing
• Experience with hospital IT or similar software systems
• Ideally experience with marketing IVD or life science products
