Description

The Global Global Head Product Management NobelProcera Consumables (CAD/CAM) leads the worldwide NobelProcera Consumables business by a) charting the strategic course, b) closely cooperating with NB PM/ sales teams to develop innovative digital prosthetic workflow solutions for Nobel Biocare implants, and c) driving market penetration through direct to maximize revenues and profitability. 



Key global responsibilities include:




  • Leads and develops team, establishes winning spirit and attracts new talent

  • Analyzes market dynamics and identifies growth opportunities

  • Charts portfolio roadmap (mid term) based on market needs, spearheads product pipeline development in close cooperation with sales organizations, R&D and project management

  • Drives NPL through appropriate channels to assure rapid market penetration

  • Assures consistent brand messaging and value-based pricing to maximize ROI

  • Engages with key opinion leaders and acts as ambassador at industry events to assure premium brand experience and monitor market pulse

  • Manages Portfolio Lifecycle and provides 2nd level product support

  • Drives application of DBS to enhance organizational performance

Job Requirements



Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or clinical background

  • 3+ years management responsibility in leading medtech multinational, including product development responsibility / ITM ownership, with track record of driving growth through innovation 

  • Dental Background strongly preferred 

  • Global leadership experience in building and developing high performing teams

  • Ability to persuade Executive Management with logic and passion
