Description

From strategy to impact, you'll assume responsibilities that challenge and stretch you as you drive continuous improvement throughout the Danaher family of companies. With a 6-year development track you’ll move role to role in this program designed to bridge the gaps between your current knowledge and the experience needed for success as a general manager. Four (4) 18-month development assignments will focus on:

•    Commercial (Sales or Marketing)
•    Product Management or Product Development
•    Operations (Supply Chain, Operations, DBS or Service)
•    Finance or Business Development

Qualifications

Danaher companies seek top-tier MBAs who not only possess the right educational background, but also match our culture's extremely high standards, passion for solving business problems as well as our determination to succeed.

Candidates would preferably possess the following skills and experiences:
•    Full-time or Part-time MBA who will graduate in late 2018 - 2019
•    Fluency in English,  good knowledge of German or French would be a plus
•    5+ years of commercial experience in multi-national companies prior to attaining the MBA degree
•    Proven track record in managing relationships with customers and meeting revenue/market growth goals
•    Demonstrates impressive analytical skills, business acumen, learning agility, network leadership and stretched experience as well as passion for continuous improvement
