We are currently recruiting for a Flow Cytometry Applications Specialist within our Life Science division. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the applications support our Flow Cytometry business, including Flow Cytometry research and routine clinical analysers, software packages, as well as our total reagent portfolio for Flow Cytometry. You will have responsibility for all Nordic countries and will be held accountable for a sales target for Life Science Flow Cytometry hardware and consumables. 


Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Delivering post-sales instrument training and ongoing application support
• Providing high quality pre-sales support, including instrument and software demonstrations and customer presentations
• Leading training for Beckman Coulter Sales and Application Specialists
• Contributing to the overall revenue targets for Sweden
• Working effectively with all channel partners in the Nordic countries
• Communicating effectively and managing relationships with all stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, across the Nordic region.

Job Requirements



• Educated to a minimum of BSc standard, or equivalent, in a biological or related subject
• Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry laboratory
• Knowledge in clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable
• Previous experience of training within a diagnostic or life science company would be desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm; a self-motivated personality, with proven success working on their own initiative, as well as part of a team
• Expected to travel, which may be up to 60% of the time
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office programmes
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both oral and written)
• Must possess a full clean driving licence.
