The Financial Analyst will analyze data and generate appropriate reports/presentations to support business objectives within the global organization. This position will be responsible for Sales reporting, including the calculation and administration of monthly variable compensation payments for the sales force.  The ideal candidate will be organized and resourceful with strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Generate, prepare, and distribute sales and department spending reports
  • Calculate and administer monthly variable compensation payments
  • Complete monthly sales reporting and statistic submissions
  • Provide accrual estimates for monthly closing 
  • Support the CFO and Senior Financial Analyst in the development and submission of the Forecast, Budget, and Strategic Plan 
  • Update and maintain business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems in a timely manner
  • Partner with various functions in the organization to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ finance experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Excel, including sumifs and pivot tables.
  • 2 years’ experience using ERP systems (Oracle, Syteline, SAP) required.

  • Financial reporting software experience such as Hyperion Enterprise of HFM.
