We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator LS (fixed-term contract) to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles service repair requests with the registration in the system
  • Provides Field Service Engineers with customer service requests
  • Handles of third-party suppliers’ orders
  • Handles customer complaints
  • Orders spare parts in accordance with LS service needs
  • Invoicing
  • Handles offers, contracts and reports
  • Provides excellent customer services
  • Adheres to policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Job Requirements


Working knowledge of supported operating systems, software and hardware preferred

Strong computer navigation skills

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Outstanding teamwork, initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to recognize trends and escalate priority issues

Very good in spoken and written English and Polish

Ability to travel for 10% of time is required, infrequent international travel is possible

Students able to work 5 days per week welcomed to apply
