Description

The Field Sales Regional Safety Manager is responsible for applying OSHA, DOT, EPA FIFRA and NPRDR, FDA, USDA, and DHS to distribution, sales, and customers

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer field sales and service safety programs and support for customers and for ChemTreat operations.
  • Assist as the Operations group as necessary regarding the DOT and Import/Export compliance programs. S
  • Strong oil and gas experience is required.
  • Evaluate products for compliance and oversee programs regarding food and drinking water regulations and standards. 
  • Provide regulatory support to the international sales sector.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response functions for the organization. 
  • Assist and mentor the field sales and service representatives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations which impact ChemTreat. 
  • Interact with outside entities, customers and regulatory agencies. 
  • Conduct regulatory audits. 
  • Assist other department members with call load and backup.
  • 40% travel required.

  • Bachelors Degree and a minimum 10 years Environmental, Safety, and Health experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment. 
  • Certified Safety Professional or equivalent preferred
