Job Summary:

Serves as Executive Assistant to the KaVo Kerr executive leadership team based in Orange, CA & Brea, CA. Maintains a close and highly administrative relationship in regard to the day-to-day activities of the department. Works independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance. Has access to highest level of confidential material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as executive administrative support for executive team

• Maintains calendars, appointment scheduling, and meeting arrangements

• Schedules travel arrangements and itineraries, including frequent international trips.

• Support key internal meeting logistics and coordination

• Prepares monthly reports from Executive staff

• Assists in processing new hires/terminations and onboarding for senior staff

• Coordinates staff signatures on legal documents and contracts

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree preferred with emphasis in administration/ word processing.
  • Language Skills:                   

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Reasoning Ability:                   

    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills:                   

    • Word Processing, Spreadsheets, E-mail, Internet software

    Travel:

    • Occasional travel may be required in performance of this position.
