Manufacturing of traditional equipment - dental chairs, treatment units, lights, dental simulation units - is located in southern Germany (Warthausen).

This position will be responsible for approximately 165 employees with 7 direct reports at our plant in Warthausen. Operations Treatment Units is divided in two assembly departments, paint shop & upholstery production, material management, industrial engineering and picking & shipping of Treatment Units.

Overall management responsibility for Operations Treatment Units at our plant in Warthausen, Germany. This includes especially a variety of treatment units, dental simulation units, lights.

Process lead to improve delivery, reliability and agility, while effectively leveraging others to support internal business team goals

Establishment and management of manufacturing policies and procedures; driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvements.

Management of supervisors and qualified employees to ensure the monitoring of daily operations to guarantee the implementation of plans, deadlines and KPI’s

Establishment and optimization of Kanban throughout Operations Treatment Units as well as definition of the appropriate strategy and actions to improve OTD and to reduce inventories 

Development and optimization of organizational structure

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant operations experience at a manager level in an industrial manufacturing company

Demonstrated experience with initiating and execution of optimization measures in existing manufacturing processes

Detailed working knowledge with holistic production processes, Lean Management and Value Stream Analysis

Strong quality awareness and structured as well as targeted working method

Excellent communication skills and process oriented mindset and actions

Brilliant analytical and problem-solving ability and action orientation

Willingness to work in a complex matrix organization

German and English fluently
