The Digital Tools, Adoption and Trainng Manager will be entirely focused on CTVista+ for now, as described below. In the future, it is envisioned that this role will expand to include other digital tools.


  • Provide both ‘live’ (in-person) and teleconference (remote) CTVista+ training for the ChemTreat sales and support teams, as well as for end-customers.
  • Create and update ‘canned’ CTVista+ training modules; help choose the correct platform; lead the creation and periodic update of the training modules. Lead the launch and awareness of the modules to the ChemTreat team.
  • Keep adoption metrics; grow tool adoption. Identify barriers to achieving adoption. Provide VOS and VOC to the CTVista+ team.
  • Contribute ideas to improve CTVista+. For items in development, help with testing in the Dev environment.
  • The CTVista+ Tech Support team will report to this role; help to manage that team, prioritize issues and communicate items to the development team. Ensure that open issues get closed.
  • Travel ~50%, will vary, may include travel to Latin America.

Job Requirements


  • Knowledge of the water treatment business and of ChemTreat strongly desirable.
  • Knowledge of analytical controllers a plus.
  • Knowledge of Spanish a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree (science, marketing, computing & analytics, business management or related degree).
  • 2+ years relevant experience related to providing software or technical training to a distributed sales team.
  • Experience related to the development, testing and adoption of enterprise software.
  • Experience related to industrial water treatment.

  • Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb (includes stairs), balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell.
  • Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
  • Routinely required to reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
