Orascoptic is looking for a self-starting, analytical individual with a passion for digital marketing to join our Marketing team.  This position is responsible for the development, execution, management and analysis of Orascoptic's digital marketing strategy.


  • Develop and deploy all web, PPC/SEO, email, display advertising campaigns to increase volume of leads through those channels.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and pay-per-click advertising based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Work closely with Marketing Specialist to create digital marketing campaigns, landing pages based on selected campaigns.
  • Create multi-touch campaign workflows, with segmented and targeted messaging.
  • Develop and code responsive templates for landing pages and emails.
  • Create and execute on campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Ensure the correct flow of leads from HubSpot to CRM.
  • Report on campaign metrics and develop optimization ideas based on metrics.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions along with Marketing team members.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.
  • 1 or more years in a digital marketing role to include development and execution of digital campaigns required
  • 1+ years’ experience creating HTML emails and landing pages in a marketing automation system (ie. Hubspot) required.
  • 1 + years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page optimization and link building techniques required.
  • 1+ years’ experience analyzing, interpreting and data from campaigns (Tableau a plus) required
  • 1+ years’ experience using Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Search Console & Hubspot required


  • Background in web design/development and coding for emails using HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Familiar with other web coding such as JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PHP and working with databases.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or similar.
