The Digital Marketing Manager will be an integral part of defining the processes, metrics, and responsibilities as we grow our Digital Marketing organization. It is critical that this person be positive, flexible, able to communicate across departments, and have a willingness to establish new processes and drive for continuous improvements.


• Accountable for developing, implementing and executing Cepheid’s digital marketing strategy and channels including campaign execution, lead nurturing, marketing automation, trigger-based email programs, search marketing, and analytics.
• Deliver high quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs) to the sales organization via digital channels
• Develop business process and tools for integrating digital channels into marketing campaigns
• Develop business process and tools for the creation and optimization of impactful campaign web sites
• Develop analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Cepheid’s digital marketing campaigns
• Works across the organization and functions effectively to align resources to provide a customer-centric approach
• Effectively manages change

Job Requirements



Education or Experience (in years):

• Bachelor’s degree, preference for marketing, business or communications
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with CRM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation software
• Experience in Diagnostics or Medical Device a plus
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and data-driven decision making
