Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.


In this position you will be part of ORMCO MEXICO as a Sales Representative for the Territory of Bajío in the most important and leading organization for the Orthodontics market.

You will be responsible for the management and growth of the Bajío territory for End Users and Channel in which the 80% of the total sales comes from End Users and 20% for Channel. You will also be responsible to create and manage courses for education to the Universities Specialty´s in Orthodontics.

You will be working very closey with the Sales Manager and the KAM on creating an Annual Action Plan for the Territory Growth with actual and new clients. You will also travel frequently to the states in charge of the Bajío Territory. Demonstrated abilities on teamworking where you will also be involved within the Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service areas, as well as driving excellence and deliver results in a very attractive commissions scheme.

Job Requirements



-       3-5 Years’ Experience in Sales

-       Lives in the Bajío Territory

-       Experienced in the Dental market.

-       May also come from working on Pharmaceutical market or Medical Devices.

-       Drives to Excellence and works to achieve goals.


            Minimum Basic Requirements (Must have skills)


-       Sales experience in Dental, Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industries

-       Lives in the Bajío Territory

-       3-5 Years’ experience in sales

            Education: Bachelor’s in business/Marketing/Industrial Engineer

            Preferred Requirements (Nice to have skills)

-       Sales Experience in the Dental Business – Preferred Orthodontics.

-       Experience working on a commissions scheme.

-       Lives in León, Guanajuato.
