• Take charge of executive recruitment, including all Manager and above positions. Build the appropriate strategy & TA Model for the set of businesses within Dental Greater China. Lead and develop talent acquisition team.

• Determine right strategy for internal resources, corporate services and 3rd party partnerships for most effective results.

• Lead all direct and indirect talent acquisition activities, from university hiring through professional positions. Own recruiting strategy, planning and execution/delivery ensuring we attract and hire top talent according to Dental talent standards.

•Ensure talent acquisition process excellence, including utilization of DBS. Develop and/or leverage standard work for recruiting process excellence (plan, source, assess, select, hire).

•Collaborate with HR leaders and Talent Management teams to understand needs/gaps and develop appropriate TA strategies/plans to address talent gaps.

•Develop vendor management strategy – which partners, where, why, etc. Develop preferred partner networks as needed. Advance key partnerships and relationships with third party providers.

•Improve use of recruiting technology, optimizing current systems and enhancing longer term alignment with the HRIS strategy. Drive global use of ATS (Taleo), reporting, and optimization. Determine and leverage usage of other recruiting technologies.

•Develop sourcing and talent pipelines, including employee referrals, job boards, direct sourcing, outsourced solutions, social media, etc. Leverage planning to identify gaps and focus areas for proactive sourcing.

•Employment brand development, using leading-edge tools, including social media, to bring the Dental Greater China to a unified, globally attractive, high quality employment brand and presence.  

•Drive diversity recruiting, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent across all functions and geographies.

•Develop/leverage right set of metrics to drive TA excellence and performance.

•Shape strategy and direction for University and MBA recruiting, Collaborate with Corporate University program team.

•Partner with HR leaders and Hiring Managers to ensure transition of candidates to Dental’s world class immersion program. Partner with resources and expertise at the Corporate level for the most effective Platform strategies.

Job Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, HR or a related field of study.

- Over 10 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and/or TA project management within a global, multi-site company; a strong focus on employer branding, recruitment marketing will be an advantage.

- Strong senior leader and candidate influence skill.

- Analytical mindset, good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful interactions with key internal & external stakeholders.

- Experience working in a lean culture focused on continuous improvement with a track record of utilizing these methodologies as a business practice.
