Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing all order types and determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information in all databases.

You will also be accountable for the following:
  • Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training and education, and returns department.
  • Handle daily call volume and order processing.
  • Ensure that customer information is current and accurate. 
  • Commit to meeting individual agent goals.
  • Contribute to overall KPI targets.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.
  • Continue to learn new technology.
  • Understand the big picture and how this role significantly impacts the overall business.
  • Make good business decisions with little direction.
  • Participate in special assignments/projects when directed by management.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum 2 years of customer support achievement in a service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays depending on the needs of the department
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude, be an active listener and team player
  • Maintain composure and professionalism with little supervision 
  • Flexible to work in various areas of our customer service department
  • Courageous and quick on his/her feet 

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com (CSRM system), and other data entry applications
  • Knowledge of restorative and surgical implant dentistry
  • Basic understanding of Nobel Biocare products
  • Medical device/Dental implant product knowledge a plus
