As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales function by acting as an extension of the sales force to provide customer service (i.e. problem resolution, order optimization, database integrity, etc.) to internal and external customers, in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be accountable for the following:
  • Work with the sales force and customers to analyze problems and provide thoughtful,workable solutions to each issue
  • Maintain an optimal level of technical product knowledge, service offerings, database information, etc. in order to provide accurate and professional answers in a variety of situations, to a variety of customers
  • Work with members of various departments (warehouse, marketing, sales, Training and Education) to provide customers and field personnel with accurate product, service and sales promotion information, and product launch information in order to optimize sales order potential
  • Act as an advocate for the Nobel Biocare Online Store while promoting its benefits to external customers
  • Process warranty claims, return requests and customer credits as needed
  • Consistently escalate pertinent customer information, such as potential leads, sales orders, complaints, product or billing issues, etc. to the sales force in a timely manner
  • In order to provide reliable customer account information, maintain the integrity of the customer database by entering information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Distribution Departments to ensure timely delivery of all orders, as well as check status of back-ordered items, etc.
  • Complete training modules as assigned and within the prescribed deadlines

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent; 
  • A minimum of two years customer service experience, delivering phone/email support; prior experience in technical customer service role preferred, and/or inside sales experience
  • Good interpersonal communications skills and the ability to deal professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (English & French)
  • A minimum of two years university/college education
  • Ability to multi-task is a must
  • Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations, in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment and the ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as work independently
  • Good organizational and analytical skills, as well as an eye for detail
