Description

  • Receive inbound, perform outbound Customer Service calls
  • Respond to inbound ACD customer service related calls:Order placement/fulfillment,Tracking of shipped products, Questions regarding product availability and expiration dates
  • Perform outbound calls to customers related to order discrepancies with regards to:Pricing,Item Code(s)/Description,Quantity, Ship to location/Expected Delivery date, Responsible for daily intake and processing of  orders
  • Daily processing of Customer or Distributor Related Purchase Orders 
  • Monitors and identifies system related issues, back ordered product and other issues preventing order fulfillment.
  • Reviews/runs daily reporting on open “HOLD” orders, future shipment dates and orders past 48 hours/still in pending status 
  • Identifies and resolves issue
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Participates in departmental projects as assigned by management
  • Participates in Danaher Business Systems, including Daily Management
  • Identifies issues and reports to management regarding inconsistent or incomplete data

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Customer Service Experience
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and  Access
Preferred: 
  • Associates Degree
  • Customer Service experience in medical field
