We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator, who is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and product location data for North America. This individual will work in a team environment, interacting daily with the Client Services Department, as well as the Field Service and Sales organizations. This candidate will be performing a series of tasks involving customer and product location record set-ups in Oracle, which require research, analysis, validation of data and the ability to make independent decisions that ensure proper maintenance of accurate and compliant information records. This role requires an inquisitive mind, attention to detail and a high degree of adaptability, as requests will be varied in nature.  This candidate must be excited to learn and grow within the role to demonstrate professional development opportunities within the Client Services Department.  The team is dynamic and the environment is fast paced.  Must be results oriented, accepts responsibility for individual performance, works independently, and focuses on providing excellent results.

  • Handling a high volume of daily requests that require rapid turnaround, for changes to the customer and/or product records
  • Setting up new records in Oracle
  • Serve as back up to other associates who maintain different master data modules in Oracle 
  • Thorough and accurate documentation of results, while adhering to standard protocols 
  • Involvement in project assignments such as data integrations, conversions, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Job Requirements


  • Minimum requirement is high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing, preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Expertise in problem solving 
  • Sense of urgency to incoming requests and accuracy in processing requests accordingly
  • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office software, Word, EXCEL, Power Point, Visio and Outlook
  • Ability to perform complex data analysis using Excel or Access databases is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle Customer Master, Vendor Master, Product Installed Base and/or Pricing Master Data is a plus
