Description






    • Serve as HCC resource for day–to-day processes


    • Process owners for HCC matters


    • Act as primary contact for coordinating HCC matters.


    • Analyze and suggest to local leadership team the best course of action for each inquiry/problem.




    • Ensure HCC with regards to process of contract / document management according to national and organizational standards.


    • Ensure efficient handling of contracts / documents used within the marketing and sales organization.


    • Provide local assistance and training on documents to use and process to follow


    • Interface with the Global Legal team and local functions with regards to HCC matters.




    • Setup process to collect, consolidate and upload information in relation with the ‘Transparence’ data base.


    • Actively manage data quality (salesforce.com) in coordination with various local and global functitons.


    • Ensure quality content and efficient handling of conventions with National Dental Authorities (ONCD)


    • Ensure compliant management of private data handling according to national and organizational standards (CNIL, Danaher standards) => additional responsibility if needed



    • Conduct periodic assessments and audits to ensure HCC with the support of Global.



Job Requirements



Qualifications



  • Experience in the dental/medical/pharma industry is an advantage.


  • Salesforce.com (or similar)


  • Team work and role model attitude


  • Strong customer-oriented skills


  • Strong prioritization and planning to ensure successful execution of strategy and plans


  • Secure structured project management and communication with other teams


  • Secure good editorial skills in French.


  • Appreciate strategic as well as operational work.





  • Master ou équivalent

    Maîtrise Pack Office

    Anglais courant

    Une expérience dans l’environnement de la santé serait un plus.






    • Fluent English skills


    • Master level in business, law or related areas


    • 3-5 years experience in position related to compliance and/or contract management


    • Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
