Description

This is an opportunity for an internal Radiometer/Danaher candidate, who knows the Quote to Cash process from a sales company, including Contract Lifecycle Management. The job is of high importance to management and we are open to help regarding a potential relocation or a temporary commute transition period as the job is based in the Headquarters in Copenhagen. 

Besides the Quote to Cash process and Contract Lifecycle Management you also get to be responsible for implementation of a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Module in all Radiometer Sales Subsidiaries to replace the existing Financial Workbook

All related improvement projects impact:

• Transparency of Sales Subsidiaries that will enable Benchmarks within the Sub Organization for profitability
• Streamline quotation and order related processes that will improve business Efficiency

Key responsibilities summed up

• Global Business Process Owner for Quote to Cash process of Radiometer Sales Subsidiaries
• Global Business Process Owner for Contract Lifecycle Management Radiometer Sales Subsidiaries
• Global Owner for the implementation of a CPQ Module with integration into CRM and ERP  
• Acts as Interface between Sales Subsidiaries, Finance, IT and other Partners
• Analyses and maps business processes (current state/ future state)
• Develops and supports new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manages Project teams with cross functional team members
• Supports as Business Partner to develop new IT tools

The job takes you travelling 20-30 % of your time.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

We expect you to have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar combined with at least 3 years’ experience within finance, quotation or order entry departments. This combined with most of the following increases your chances of success in the job:

• Strong financial background
• Strong process oriented background with know-how in order entry, quotation and Contract Management
• Ability to understand complex processes and DBS tools
• Understanding of financial reporting challenges
• Deep knowledge about ERP, CRM and financial IT systems including their database setup
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment
• Management and Leadership skills
• Strong PC skills
• Fluency in English
