Purpose of the position
To support on Channel Partner Toolkits (CPTK) administration 

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, update and maintain best practices for Channel Partner Toolkits (CPTK)
  • Serve as a first level support for assigned Channel Partners within APAC Dental. Responsible for the administration of the onboarding program (CPTK).
  • Actively drive and manage the due diligence process including annual renewals. Work with local management and associates to maintain compliance with channel partners and internal requirements for due diligence and ongoing compliance trainings
  • Coordinate with compliance/legal and business teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Develop appropriate countermeasures
  • Review current internal controls of securimate users and to setup appropriate controls for governance
  • Preparing status reports of the CPs for management review.
  • Track dealers’ and incentives performance 
  • Work with internal stakeholders (such as legal & commercial) for new CP addition, termination and renewal. 
  • Work with external stakeholders and to support/educate them on DDQ, ACP process

Qualifications


Education
Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline 

Experience:
  • 5 years of compliance/legal/finance/sales operations experience. 
  • Strong business acumen
  • Significant knowledge of global channel partner due diligence process.
  • Ability to partner and communicate effectively with line management and other Danaher operating businesses, as needed.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong project management skills, to include managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects and reporting progress and risks to Inter/Intra teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix, multidisciplinary organization.
  • Customer Service oriented high sense of urgency
