Description

This position is intended to manage Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehousing, Logsitics and Customer Services activities to support business growth.

Manage all direct reports including: Manufacturing,  Maintenance, Warehouse and Logisitics, , and Customer Service.
Oversee the administration of ChemTreat safety programs.
Manage all activities to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost in all plant operations.
Assist in Quality Assurance Programs and Certifications.
Ensure warehouse management activities while improving  delivery and service performance.
Ensure that all global and local regulations that pertain to plant operations are properly implemented and maintained.
Review all new plant designs and upgrades to existing plants.
Oversee the planning of capital investment that pertain to all manufacturing facilities.
Review all monthly, quarterly, and yearly expenditures for all plant operations.
Work closely with the Applied Technology team in the identification of cost savings opportunities, as well as the identification of opportunities to better align business needs with operations and manufacturing capabilities.
Ensure implementation of Inventory management tools and strategy to optimize working capital.
Evaluate personnel needs, and assist operations functional leads in hiring, training, evaluation, and termination of Operations employees.
Work directly with the DBSL to drive a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement.
Provide support to all departments.
Develop and sustain bussines continuity plan to ensure continuity of supply.
Work collaboratively with global Operations team to design, implement and sustain global supply chain initiatives.
Develop and sustain Business continuity plan to prevent business disruption

Develop self and others; Decision taking, Lean-Operational Exellence and supply chain capabilities

Bachelors degree in related field and over ten years of industrial management and supervisory experience.
