POSITION SUMMARY:

The Channel Manager, South East Asia develops and executes Mammotome’s sales/channel policies, objectives and initiatives, and coordinates with country channel partners and customers to achieve business growth and drive commercial execution.

essential functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):

-      Sets short- and long-term sales/channel strategies and policies.

-      Establishes sales goals and objectives. Responsible for budgeting, and the management and growth of sales.

-      Improves CP management by refining standard works, conducting CP Ops Reviews; leverages DBS to help CPs establish funnel management, transformative marketing etc. where applicable.

-      Develops and implements strategic project plan (business case, etc.) to accommodate process streamlining and efficiencies.

-      Jointly own the customer relationships with CPs especially the key accounts; supports the establishment of partnership/alliance with other medical device equipment companies.

-      Develops relationships with KOLs, business leaders and stakeholders within the Company’s Distributor Channel.

-      Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

-      Responsible for providing subject matter expertise for a variety of the field’s concepts practices and procedures.

-      Provides training to CPs for new products and processes as needed.

-      Develops and executes marketing and sales promotion programs.

-      Support the company’s Go Direct initiatives, define the policy and RACI between Direct Sales and Channel Partners in the countries where both may co-exist.

-      Other duties as assigned.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel

-      Must be able to travel 50%-75% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.

-      Typical work related travel assignments range 5-10 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
