Description

Manage the corporative ERP, including service and DB availability. Develop, or design ERP changes with the finality of optimize company processes. Support current applications also the implementation process of new applications. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Generate support in installation and configuration process on the ERP and different applications of the company. 
  • Permanently ensure the security of the information administered.
  • Generate developments designs on the current ERP, with the objective to optimize the company process. 
  • Ensure the correct comply of Danaher Information Security Policy
  • Ensure permanently the correct comply of the IT corporate Policies having in count the program change control policy
  • Execute administration tasks on the current ERP and applications 
  • Provide training to the associates on the correct use of the current applications, also on the new ones. 
  • Generate 3rd and 4th level support on the ERP and current applications in Lipesa
  • Ensure the permanent availability of the current applications and ERP
  • Ensure the permanent correct backup on the applications platforms that are currently working.
  • Support the monthly close process on the ERP.
  • Develop individuals testing, functional, and technical over the developed applications on the current ERP, and support the users during the testing process. 
  • Document the work done (developments, modifications, error fixing, etc.). generate had books for problem solving process and to optimize the response times. 
  • Keep the knowledge updated regarding development languages, codifications methods, and operational requirements.
  • Generate revisions each four month on the security access matrix on the corporate ERP, as part of Danaher Security Policy 
  • Participate in the corporate ERP migration processes to other company Opcos. 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Minimum Required:
  • Hight level knowledge in JD Edwards Enterprise One 
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in technical support in the tool operation especially with Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics Modules. 
  • Computer Scientist, System Eng. bachelor’s Degree.
