Description

Selling Focus
  • Meets annual revenue target with consistent year-over-year revenue growth (direct or indirect) from Global Accounts based on the balanced combination of
    • Recurrent and new business from existing key accounts
    • Securing business from new key accounts
  • Conducts overall account management and sales activity to drive adoption and specification of X-Rite Pantone solutions (software, programs, services, maintenance contracts, hardware, standards) at brand owners, securing revenue directly from brand owners and indirectly by securing adoption within their respective supply chains
  • Have full ownership of assigned global/large account and provide support and collaborate with regional teams to drive sales at regional/medium accounts
Sales Activities
  • Conducts appropriate marketing activities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Self-prospects proactively and timely following up on provided qualified leads
  • Initiates new customer relationships, develops customer account strategies and tactical plans
Sales Operations
  • Adopt and follow standard work for Sales, including daily management practices and regular use of SalesForce.com
  • Designs and delivers customer-centric solutions and commercial proposals, effectively steers and expedites sales process through customer hurdles (legal, IT), and secures Purchase Orders in a timely fashion.
  • Creates and maintains a healthy and balanced funnel of opportunities to ensure target revenue attainment
  • Provide and attain a forecast of upcoming business by month and quarter

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Communications, Packaging, Business or Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of high-level sales experience and success in selling enterprise solution software plus implementation services, preferable within agency, pre-media or brand owner environment. 
  • Proficiency in English required; proficiency any other language (German, French, Spanish) would be ideal
  • Highly developed Account Management skills and experienced in a structured sales environment with a proven success record.
  • Industry knowledge of packaging design to final production; and, experience in related domains is an asset.
  • Industry knowledge of color quality and print quality; and, experience in related domains is an asset.
  • Highly developed team selling skills.
  • Strong account management organization to leverage customer growth in addition to new business.
  • Ability to travel through the Europe and globally, between 50% - 75%.
  • Ability to effectively perform the entire above-mentioned essential job functions.
