Description

The Brand Content Manager plans, coordinates and develops specific corporate brand-focused assets, guidelines, templates, messaging and other content across all corporate channels including online, social, print and internal/external events in line with Nobel Biocare's overall brand strategy. 
He/she ensures professional and comprehensive communication to stakeholders by managing the preparation and implementation of consistent brand messaging across all channels, platforms and markets. 


Brand content development:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content in line with the overall brand communications strategy for Nobel Biocare, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets
  • Manage and ensure timelines are met for all brand-related content for internal /external events, ensuring high-quality content
  • Key contact for the Events team to provide support on various deliverables for external events
Project management, planning, collaboration:
  • Identify, initiate, develop and manage key brand content projects and associated processes and tools
  • Collaborate with different departments to collect potential content opportunities
  • Support and work closely with our markets to ensure consistent brand messaging globally 
  • Ensure professional information flow of corporate and market information to key internal stakeholders
General responsibilities:
  • Develop content aligned with brand communication strategy for internal and external events as well as other materials needed to support the overall Corporate Identity of Nobel Biocare
  • Manage all content for internal /external events, ensuring high-quality content
  • Key contact for the Events team to provide support on various deliverables for internal/external events
  • Develop guidelines and templates for brand assets in close collaboration with the Graphic production team
  • Collaborate with markting and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout
  • Create and publish engaging content in line with editorial and tone-of-voice guidelines 
  • Ensure all content produced is sent for review to the relevant internal stakeholders and is approved according to the Nobel Biocares approval process
  • Liase with other content writers in other functions to ensure brand messaging consistency
  • Provide support in the development of an event content calendar to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of external event content
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with brand development and generate new ideas for audience engagement


Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills with a clear understanding of tone, audience and intent
  • Proven work experience as a Content manager 
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong knowledge in communications, branding and marketing
  • Proven project management experience in a complex international environment (corporate or agency setting)
  • Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in pharma / med-tech / dentistry a distinct advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders incl. agencies
  • Self motivated, with good decision-making skills and an ability to work well independently
  • High orientation to detail and an eye for design to maximize the message with the right look
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong, convincing, trustworthy and highly ethical person
  • Willingness to travel
  • Professional MS office user, basic knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
