Planning and implementing a marketing campaign about life saving medical devices can have a huge impact on patients and caregivers. If you want to have this impact and know how to create and execute on a campaign targeting emergency rooms, intensive care units or neonatal intensive care units this might be your next job.

To successfully manage this role we expect you to have around 3 years of experience as an international marketing project manager, and preferably some of these years working with or in the medical industry. Furthermore, you should be prepared to travel globally 5-10 days a year.

Welcome to your new team in Radiometer
You report to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Communications, and join a strong and efficient team in MarCom & Digital Marketing. You enter in a truly global role, where you drive the development and roll-out of marketing campaigns and commercial marketing materials to our subsidiary companies. Your role starts from the scoping of the actual initiative in close collaboration with the global product manager and local marketers and ends when all campaign elements are developed and handed over to our subsidiaries for local implementation. We sell our products all over the world, and some of our biggest markets include Germany, France, Spain, England, USA, Japan and China.

Team up with interesting stakeholders
Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration is of highest importance in Radiometer and you get to work with highly skilled product managers, copywriters, digital marketers, medical advisors, regulatory affairs specialists and many more. Working at Radiometer’s HQ in Denmark is an interesting opportunity if you want to further develop your communication and stakeholder management skills. Do not be afraid to roll up your own sleeves and do some hands-on marketing disciplines and be prepared to develop and share best practices with colleagues in other functions or other Danaher companies.

Create lead generating marketing initiatives
Success in this role demands your ability to translate the product value proposition defined by the global product managers into lead generating marketing tools and initiatives. Our customer-facing materials must comply with all applicable product marketing, advertising and promotion laws and regulations in the markets, where we sell our products. This means that all product claims need to be substantiated with evidence as part of the review and approval process of marketing materials.

We expect you to create results while keeping within budget. You are persistent and can keep momentum in the project team and secure progress on milestones even in projects with long lead times. Your deliverables include the following campaign elements:

• Product and campaign landing pages
• Brochures, flyers and leave-behinds
• Customer presentations
• Customer testimonials
• Promotional videos
• Direct mails and email marketing

It is important that you are confident to take the lead and present ideas and marketing initiatives to our subsidiaries through Skype calls. Keeping track of project status and delivering within short deadlines are also required.

Job Requirements


We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success in the job:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/International Business or similar
• Solid B2B marketing project management experience, preferably from the medical industry in a global role
• Experience with development and implementation of marketing campaigns and programs including time and budget management
• Demonstrated experience driving results through online & offline marketing campaigns
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Danish skills are not required. Strong attention to details.
