Description

� Task with meeting monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and provide direction for both the clinical research and the safety to attain them � To contact relative departments and manufacturer to gain necessary files of products � Responsible for hiring/firing/disciplinary decisions affecting employees � Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations � Make the registration project planning and managing to get SFDA and other required certificates in a reasonable timeline � Manage safety relative activities with both internal and external bodies � Good interface with government agency � Adheres to policies and procedures

Qualifications

This position requires baccalaureate college degree of molecular biology, clinical laboratory medicine, molecular immunology or relevant clinical diagnostic fields and more than 8 years of clinical study experience and/or registration experiences, or advanced degree(s) and 5 years of experience for management expertise. This position also requires: � Be experienced in GCP quality system � Be experienced in people management � Be familiar with regulatory requirement, Chinese & international regulation of medical devices and/or IVD � Excellent team work and influential interpersonal communication skill � Good attitude, well habit of work, positive & take responsibility � Analysis & Judgment � Result oriented � Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
