Description

•确保分销商遵守并执行分销商服务政策,并使所有分销商服务符合贝克曼标准。
•根据贝克曼服务指标衡量分销商服务绩效,并在必要时进行改进。
•持续了解经销商服务人力状况,并提供建议,以确保人力资源的充足。
•确保经销商有足够的备件和完善的备件库存管理。
•确保服务体系和流程,包括标准化的支持系统、升级、培训认证、预防性维护、安装、现场行动和呼叫处理在所有分销商中得到相应的实施。
•监控和跟踪所有安装、服务活动和现场问题,确保所有相关服务数据被正确收集和升级。
•推动NPS(现场服务)提高客户忠诚度。
•运用分析和解决问题的过程来预测和减少对计划的干扰。
•部门经理交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements



Qualifications

教育和技能:
•本科或以上学历,工程、电子、机械、自动化或生物医学工程专业。
•优秀的英语读写能力。
•性格好,有耐心,有责任心,具有团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力和冲突管理能力。
工作经验:
•7年以上相关工作经验,4年以上团队领导经验。
•有IVD行业工作经验者优先。
