L’ingénieur d’application a pour mission d’installer et de former les utilisateurs - professionnels de santé publics et privés notamment - sur l’utilisation de la solution RADIOMETER, sur site et au sein de notre Centre de Formation.

Il a également pour mission de promouvoir les services et effectuer le suivi client. Il intervient aussi pour détecter et faire remonter à sa direction d’éventuels besoins clients.

Missions principales

  •  Installer sur site la solution RADIOMETER sous sa responsabilité
  •  Réaliser les connexions informatiques en collaboration avec le Service IT & Service client
  •  Former les utilisateurs sur les gammes de produits RADIOMETER sur site et dans notre Centre de Formation
  •  Assurer la satisfaction du client et contribuer à la bonne image de l’entreprise
  •  Création des documents et des supports de formation en collaboration avec le Service Marketing

Idéalement, le candidat sera localisé dans l’Ouest parisien.

Le secteur couvrira les départements suivants :

IDF1 : 27 / 28 / 75(IDF2) / 78 / 92 / 94 / 95

Bretagne : 14 / 22 / 29 / 35 / 36 / 37 / 41 / 44 / 49 / 50 / 53 / 56 / 61 / 72

Job Requirements


Le profil recherché est le suivant

• Formation ou expérience technique en électronique et/ou électrotechnique et/ou biologie

• Connaissance informatique

• Anglais technique lu/parlé

• Niveau mini Bac +2 scientifique

• Expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans, idéalement dans un service client d’équipements médicaux auprès des établissements de santé et/ou de laboratoire
