Description

  • Develop and maintain databases. 

  • Maintain and clean the Customer Master database in SAP and SFDC. 

  • Understand the issues. In direct link with the Sales team to understand their needs. Customers contacts in the way to get the current datas to book in SAP. 

  • Control the good application from Customer Care and Sales Account Managers. 

  • Organizes, creates and validates the processes for global organization. Work closely with Customer Coordinate in the way to improve standard work

  • Feedback - Prepare accurate weekly and monthly updates of Quality checks, calls monitoring, VOC, Customer Satisfaction and KPI’s. Analysis of Sales & Service activity. Work closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure resolution, process improvements and training requirements are undertaken arising from customer complaints, internal feedback, performance level decreases or observations from team monitoring

  • Develop, release and maintain Sales & Tender document database. 

  • Understand the needs of the organization and create the proper documentations.

Niveau d'étude : BTS ou plus – Marketing / Sales / Gestion entreprise


Contrat d'alternance de 1 à 2 ans


Poste localisé à Nanterre (à 7 minutes du RER Nanterre préfecture)

Qualifications

  • Experience of working with SAP and / or SFDC system is a plus. 
  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of MS-Office Tools (Word, Excel)
  • BS Degree in business administration, sales administration or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Very good organizational, administrative and communication skills
