Facility is 250 people. Desk is in the Research & Development building office (quality, legal, marketing, mostly people sitting in cubicles)
Manages  member's diary, understanding business and personal priorities, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex meetings. Interacts with staff (at all levels), making sure that appropriate arrangements are in place. Ensures a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks, such as executive meetings, event planning and conference calls, simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner. Sets up  meetings and conference calls.
  • Responsible for Meeting & Event Planning Support
  • Tracking P-card Purchases; (order lunch, she will be issued a credit card)
  • Liaison to Janitorial Contractor
  • Responsible for Office Supplies Procurement
  • General Inquiries and Support 
  • Manages Uniform Rental Administration 
  • Supports New Temp/Contractor Onboarding
  • Paycheck Sortation & Distribution 
  • Administrator E-Mail Distribution List Management
  • Sorts Mail;  Vending Support
  • Cubicle Management/Directory
  • SharePoint Site Administration
  • Point of Contact Copy Supplies - Copy maintaining
  • Digital Display Administration
  • Reception and Visitor Support
  • Conference Room Set-Up and Management; Audio Visual

Job Requirements


HS Diploma/GED or higher
Administrative Assistant experience
Proficient MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and communication skills 
Ability to work independently
Ability to build solid working relationships that enhance collaboration and cooperation with others
